The Lighthouse Journal

A lighthouse does not tell a ship where to go. It shows you where you are, so you can choose your own course.

The Lighthouse Journal is where I write about the larger questions underneath my clinical work. Who you were taught to be, who you actually are, and how a person gets from one to the other. It is reflective writing on identity, belief, meaning, and consciousness, sent to your inbox.

The Lighthouse Journal is reflective writing. It is not medical advice or treatment, and reading it does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
