Valentine Psychiatry, PC is a solo psychiatry practice formed under the laws of New York, with an office located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. We provide in-person and telehealth psychiatric services to patients in Pennsylvania and telehealth psychiatric services to patients in New York and Massachusetts.

Our website provides:
- Educational and informational content about psychiatric conditions and treatments
- Links to schedule appointments for psychiatric services
- Information about our practice and services
- Access to our patient portal through SimplePractice
Important: This website and its content are not intended to provide medical advice or replace the relationship between you and your healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Merely visiting this website, reading content, contacting us through the website, or completing a free 15-minute introductory call does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A doctor-patient relationship is only established when you have completed intake paperwork and your initial psychiatric evaluation with Dr. Valentine.

8. Prescriptions
Prescription services are provided only to established patients following appropriate evaluation and within the scope of the established doctor-patient relationship. Prescriptions are subject to:
- Clinical appropriateness and medical necessity
- Compliance with DEA regulations and state-specific controlled substance laws
- Our professional judgment and clinical guidelines
